Henna cones will only be posted according to shipping dates, not according to the date you place your order. You must place your order before the deadline date to have your order made on time.

Shipping dates can always be found in my Instagram Bio or in individual shipping profiles at checkout. 

Collection orders are also made according to shipping dates. They’re ready for collection usually the same day or 1 day after the shipping date. You will receive a notification when they’re ready to collect from b8. I do not store collection orders in the freezer so please collect on time to prevent henna cones getting ruined. If you order for collection by mistake you will not be eligible for a refund, you must either collect the cones or pay the remainder postage amount to have them shipped.

If you need them in advance message me before placing your order. 

If you want any customisation to your order for example different tip sizes or different size of cone give me message and I’ll see if I can accommodate you. (Only possible for bulk orders 25+)

There is no longer a minimum order requirement, you can order single henna cones.

Tracked 24 only ‘aims’ to deliver in 1-2 days, it can take up to a week. This is why Royal Mail guaranteed delivery before 1pm is recommended. I’m not responsible if henna is spoilt if they arrive late by Mail, if it arrives more than a week late Royal Mail will sometimes offer refunds.

PLEASE FREEZE HENNA CONES IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. They should always be kept in the freezer for storage rather than the fridge.

I do not offer refunds on henna cones.
